I don't think this is true. Israel and possibly the US did target the building where the 'Council of Experts' was to meet. See this link from 3 days ago. LINK
The picture in the video of matches the one published in the link I just posted. There is no indication that Mojtaba Khamenei was in the building nor has there been any indication that he was killed.
