Girl Scout cookies are getting priced too high.

This time of year like most I get some girl scout cookies. Used to be $3.50 a box. Tree fiddy. Then a few years ago they raised to $5. OK. Inflation 4 boxes for $20 wasn't that bad.
Today I saw some selling. $7 each.
$7 for a box of cookies that has less cookies than they used to have.
I get is a fundraiser and Worlds Best Chocalate doubled in price too. But $7 a box just seems too high. Yeah I paid it. But $21 only got me three boxes.

So why are you complaining?

What’s this world coming to when a man can’t help out a GS without pulling out a big bill. Thin mints are the bomb though.

Those cookies are like 90% petroleum these days. Better off skipping them.

I got a link from a girl scouts’s dad and had the cookies delivered to me by some delivery service. Wondering how this teaches the girls anything.

My wife came home with 2 boxes of them a few weeks ago and she got them from a friend of ours who bought a dozen boxes from a neighborhood girl. He doesn't eat them and just gives them away and when my wife wanted to pay for them he said "No, just take them".
For the size of the box and the size of the cookies, they are making bank on those things.

I stopped buying them but if I see them at the grocery store I will still give them $10.

Quality goes down and prices go up. Welcome to democrats America. Trump is trying to fix it but he can only do so much.

Shrinkflation hit them too

Best thing the company I worked for did was ban employees from selling promotional items in the workplace. It got totally out of hand and most were glad to see it happen.
