Kim Jong Un is carrying out what is arguably one of the biggest human rights violations of any country in decades. Most DPRK citizens are slaves to his regime.
Organized slavery, human trafficking, public executions, mass surveillance of citizens, gulags and labor camps. Routinely threatens the U.S. on a monthly basis. Don’t forget that he assassinated his half-brother for giving intelligence information to the CIA.

Very very different situation; one of those being that North Korea already has what we're trying to keep Iran from getting. NK also has nowhere near the trickle-down destruction that Iran constantly dishes out. Kim Jung Un has pretty much gone into recluse mode since 2020 and if he's willing to stay that way, fine imo.

The biggest problem with North Korea is they can pretty easily shell Pyongyang with mortar rounds, given how close it is to the boarder, and there is not much we can do about it.
