There is no consensus in this country. There is only Right vs. Left. Right vs. Wrong. A zero sum game.
If Biden had struck Iran, this board and the Right in this country would decry it (me included). That is because Progs stand for the wrong things. We cannot and should not ever acknowledge what they do is correct.
The left is doing the same thing now. Trump and the right will always be wrong in their eyes, because we stand with God.
Dont worry about the hypocrisy of it all. It is necessary if we are to move the country in the right direction.

Its much easier to trust POTUS given his track record. Everyone thought it was impossible to take down Maduro and Cuba and he has them both by the balls. Iran is getting pummeled without any of the dire consequences (at least so far) that "experts" have claimed for decades

I think it’s mostly true, but it depends on the how. Take Afghanistan for example… the right took no issue with the withdrawal. In fact they supported it. It was how they withdrew that was the problem.
Had a dem administration taken out Maduro in exactly the same manner as Trump - a bloodless, surgical, rapid strike, I don’t think the right would have protested all that much.
