Iranians - time to step up or STFU

USA lost nearly 600,000 dead and hundreds of thousands wounded during our Civil War.
Hey Persian warriors ...time to step up. This our 2nd time, setting the stage.

I agree. It’s one thing to support strikes and soften the regime to a point where the revolutionaries can assume power and determine their own destiny. It’s another thing to put boots on the ground and occupy the transition. I don’t want that.

Well we need to ensure they are armed somewhat.
This will be a long winded mission. I doubt American metal has even entered Iranian airspace yet. Just been standoff munitions.

20k in peaceful protests over two months vs 600k in an active total war waged over 5 years. It’s actually roughly the same death rate.

This is the plan. Weaken the leadership, get the military to turn on the regime (or die), and have the citizens rise up against a vastly weakened regime. They will elect a leader on their own.

We should flatten every military installation and continue decapitation strikes, but no boots on ground
Regime change needs to come from the Iranians, maybe that means supplying small arms to the Kurds and other groups the regime has persecuted

It’s one thing to arm yourself and lead a rebellion.
It’s a fools errand to bring rocks and torches to protest a trained army.
A rebellion has to start somewhere but it’s a foolish mindset.

They need weapons. Imagine you have an issue with this country and are not allowed to have weapons but you want to protest against the government that does. And protesting gets a death penalty quickly. How brave would you be?
