The Power 4 conference commissioners are expected to join dozens of sports celebrities and dignitaries on March 6 at the White House in a roundtable discussion with President Donald Trump about the future of college athletics, multiple sources confirmed to ESPN.

Normally I’d argue we have bigger fish to fry, but the current state of college football is so out of control I’m fine with this.

It's billions of dollars a year so it can get somewhere.
I kind of suggested something like this in another thread, but Trump does not need to be involved in the least IMO

If nothing else Trump is pretty good at getting people to a table and having they hammer shite out. I don’t think it’s great that he’s involved but I’d almost rather him who at least has an interest in sports over a ton of congress who don’t have the foggiest idea about business OR sports.
