Keep in mind this was a poll sent out by CNN. If their viewers have a 63% approval imagine what the rest of America thought.

Might the old adage "It is not the Russian citizens but their government that is horrible" be applied here? Is it the citizen democrat or the elected, by cheating, democratic leaders who are horrible?
