Deer processing Baton Rouge

Has anyone ever tried riverside specialty in plaquemines for deer processing? Dropped off a deer and coming up on 4 weeks tomorrow and still haven’t received deer yet. Is this common for overhere? Never had a wait this long.

They probably lost/sold your deer and are trying to find a way to get you something else

Your deer is gone. Go try to get your ice chest, see if they have it.

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas I've seen lead times stretch out like that, but not this time of year. Better give it the smell test

Just moved to Baton Rouge from Lafayette. Dropped off 1000s of deer in Lafayette have tried multiple places in BR this year to see if anyone is worth a shot. So far nothing has been worth it for me to not drive back to Lafayette for next year

Acadiana wild game is tough to beat but they are pricey. Andre at southern deer does a good job. Chadleys is another good one I like and of course kartchners they do everything right.
