LIVE: Judge rules on removing Utah County prosecutors from Tyler Robinson case

Utah Fourth District Judge Tony Graf is expected to make a ruling on whether the Utah County Attorney's Office should be removed in the murder of Charlie Kirk.
The defense team for Tyler Robinson filed a motion and made arguments to disqualify the Utah County prosecutors due to an early announcement of them seeking the penalty against the person who killed Kirk at Utah Valley University.
Starting approximately 12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time

They want the prosecutors removed for announcing they'd seek the death penalty? How is that "wrong"?

One of the daughters of a prosecutor was at Utah Valley the day the shooting happen, thats their excuse to drag this out

Yeah it seems like the continuing stall tactic. I am not really sure when they changed it up and added that they called for the penalty therefore they want them removed.

The biggest lie in this country we hear daily is about our justice system. 80% of my law school colleagues were either careerist sociopaths or total douchebags who acted better than folks without the same level of education as them. The other 20% are some of the coolest folks I know.
