I don’t really track Todd’s movements but I thought he lived in Dallas?

He has his house by LSU still. Also has a nice place in Nashville. Probably has several other properties including Dallas.

Reily Foods:

Luzianne Tea and Coffee
Blue Plate Mayo
Swans Down Cake flour
And about 100 other food items. Very old New Orleans Company and the bluest of New Orleans blueblood family.

There are a few secret ones. I know because I keep the books for at least one of them.

Yes

I know of one that sold a company for over $5B that had to have at least a 20% stake

Eh thats not really enough to create a Billionaire. Generational wealth...sure but not in the Billions. Food manufacturers gross 10-15% and net less than 3%

now being in business for over 120 years and being private definitely helps their case as long as funds have been managed conservatively

The company has been around for over a hundred years. They also have extensive real estate and stock portfolios. Easily a net worth of a billion.

Real estate ownership is much more consolidated in LA than most people realize. Most individuals who are not rich sell property as soon the value increases X%.

There is one in Red River Parish. Lives just off U.S. Highway 71 south of Coushatta.
