Jesus...Hard to believe they didn't give him a field sobriety test. He wasnt making a whole lot of sense and couldn't explain why he just ran in to somebody. Something was off. (May have been coming off one of his dookie hair party sessions....)

Vince has always been known for driving extremely fast and recklessly. He also likes to listen to AC/DC while he's driving.

I do too. I don't drive a 115 MPH and hit people though. Well, that last statement isn't exactly correct. I do drive that fast when I'm shooting for optimum fuel mileage.

I’m not a WWE or whatever fan and am not excusing his actions but I think anyone that has just been in an accident with airbags deploying is going to be a little dazed. In his case he is probably also embarrassed. The times I was just pulled over for a speeding ticket I probably sounded a bit confused from being nervous.
