ETA: To provide more context. I was sitting and staring at the light to change. I don’t play on my phone while driving. I play with Vermillion’s mom. Wasn’t a turning lane. Light hit green and not even a millisecond later the black suburban with the chrome honked from 4 cars back. Tough crowd. There was no delay.

If you don't take your foot off the brake and start going by 2 seconds you aren't paying attention. I think it is safe to assume that the majority of people at lights now whip out their phone and are heads down when they should be paying attention.
