Josh Pate is a big College Football host. Seems like Trump is trying to fix CFB after golfing with Saban

I think the podcast industry has become more of a mine field for Trump this year. Places like Shawn Ryan and Rogan aren't automatic safe spaces anymore, so he has to look to other content creators who won't push him too hard (both for respect and audience reasons).

Obviously Trump is serious about CFB. He golfed with Urban and Saban 4 days ago. CFB is on his agenda

He doesn’t have time to go talk about Aliens with Joe Rogan

The sure fire way to make college sports worse than they are now is to bring in the government - if you want change, stop attending and stop giving your money to the schools. Change will literally happen overnight if you do that.

Trump could give a flying frick about safe spaces. You're talking about the guy who walks up to the press to spar every time he:
Gets off a helicopter.
Midnight snack time on AF1.
In the Press Room regularly.
In Debates where they're part of the opposition.
Etc.
Etc.
Etc.

He's twice as smart as anyone that would ever consider a journalism degree much less hope to make it with a podcast.

Yeah, if they were to run it. But if you put in some rules that everyone must abide by it will help.

It’s impressive to post so much, and be so consistently incorrect.

I already did that and now pro players are on all the football rosters. It didn't work.

Saban made 10 mil/year and jumped jobs for more money. Almost all of the coaches do that. Yet it's wrong if the players do it.

Both Saban and Trump are extraordinary fixers. Saban will lay out the problems in regard to the Players interests vs the Schools and the Capitalist Trump will finesse a compromise. I think that it’s the timing and tampering that is foremost troubling to the sport.
