Allowing women to attend law school was a massive mistake.

The legal "profession" contains a lot of trash.

Online form to have her disbarred for misconduct:

Fixed it up a bit. Obviously neither are sniffing around this thread.

As a lawyer, I understand why people hate us.

I'm a lawyer and I hate most lawyers.

But just think about the big empty space we would have here on the Poliboard without Slo and her gaping Daddy issues.

Why not try them again and why was she allowed to wear the tshirt? How old the DA let this go? I see a new trial in their future.

He declared the mistrial after noticing Clayton was wearing a T-shirt under her blazer featuring images of civil rights figures like Martin Luther King Jr. and Shirley Chisholm, along with protest scenes.
If intent to cause a mistrial is substantiated (e.g., via evidence of premeditation), she should be disbarred. Disbarment would take care of her attempt to take the bench in TX.

If she did that on purpose she should have been suspended and rendered ineligible to run for judge.

Marquetta Esq. would be a gem on the bench. She learned her lessons and she will show up for her community.

I had dinner with 2 attorneys last night. One of them was telling me about a 7,000 page insurance policy he recently dealt with. Gotta love the self serving aspect of a profession where the only people that can understand a document were the opposing lawyers (and soon to be lawyer/judge) written by a bunch of other lawyers.
