How do you perceive him? Seems he’s come full circle. After making an arse out of him, his views on immigration are spot on and he’s not afraid to voice it loud and clear on his X account.

If he said that stuff now as a professional baseball player there would be like sponsored boycott, and absurd stuff.

That's only part of what he said. Rocker spent all day riding around with a sports writer doing a big piece on him. He talked shite about everyone/everything the entire time. When the writer parted ways he said to John, "You know I'm doing a story on you, and you didn't give me much of anything positive to write." John said, "I don't give a shite what you write."
He then went on to get pissed when the story came out and he caught shite.

I couldn't remember who it was. I just remember it wasn't a hot mic or live interview deal that got him. It was a piece that was requested and he agreed to. He knew it was all on the record.
