You know the judiciary is broke and a joke when the legal proceedings and eventual outcome are decided by the judicial district......we're screwed because 60-70% of the judiciary nationwide is decidedly left leaning.

This was a stupid indictment from the start. Just like the majority of this pitiful/trump crap always is. These people just stated a fact to the military. It’s a shame that this regime is so corrupt that they have to be reminded by the adults in the room. Anyone thinking they were in the wrong needs to crawl out of the rabbit hole they crawled into.

If Bondi wanted convictions, she would have gone to the reddest area in the country. Military orders are presumed legal and there's a long line of cases that have established this. When you go out there and seek to erode that, and erode good order and discipline within the military, those are all crimes.
