It's a trap. Pharmaceuticals are why we have millions of angry, emotional losers running around this country, begging for attention and help.

They had them back then too, they were called”Glaydis Cravitzs”, as in the nosie neighbor from Bewitched.

They were far more common. Archie Bunker took a shite on TV in the 1970s....he at least flushed the toilet on TV with the insinuation that he had taken a shite....and about half the nation nearly needed admittance to the hospital for a bad case of the vapors....
Let a black child accidentally drink from the wrong water fountain in Atlanta in the 1950s and the Karens would have that child thrown in jail IF the child was lucky....if she wasn't she may have been killed....

They were, in my opinion, not as great as many remember. Pharmaceutical quaaludes were common when I was in high school and if your goal was to be in a coma they would do that but if your goal was to be coma adjacent but still somewhat conscious they were hit and miss. They certainly would lower inhibitions though....something that was considered acceptable in 1980 that is now rightfully considered sexual assault or worse....
They were, however, FANTASTIC for an entrepreneurial minded young man who was looking to develop an alternative stream of revenue to enhance the pot, hash, acid and speed revenue his endeavors were delivering. Folks LOVED them some ludes. Personally I preferred smoking opium and taking 5 mg valiums (10s were almost lude like) but ludes were the drug of choice for many....

Sean Connery said you have to give them a good slap.

Social media and hive mind opinion brokers masquerading as media is why we have millions of angry, emotional losers running around this country, begging for attention and help.
Someone suggested pharmaceuticals to hopefully shut them the F up.

It’s pronounced “tranquilize her” for a reason.

Exactly…..hoardes of women were on Valium back then. They took it every day. Called it a “nerve pill!”
