Her name is Tracy E Davis. She calls herself "Diversity Davis" and her pronouns are front and center

I didn’t realize Louisville was like New Orleans in some ways.

Louisville and Jefferson Co is not unlike any big city.
It has been under Democrat rule for decades, and is one of the reasons KY has had a Democratic gov for decades.

From the court transcript:
quote:

- Judge Tracy Davis: "Before we even get appearances Mr. Thompson, I’m going to need you to be respectful."

Thompson- "I ain’t doing nothing. Eat my dk b**ch”

-Judge: "It’s fine. Okay? It’s fine."
(attempting to de-escalate and move forward)

Thompson-: "what yeah, If I could spit on you, I would."

Also said during trial:
- "I don’t have sympathy for nobody."
- "I don’t have sympathy for you, the victim, the victim’s family."
- "I don’t care."
- "Boo hoo."

- Off the record (to victim): "I will see you in 20 years, b****."
- On the record (to court/family): "D**** s*****, f**** y’all kids, and f**** y’all’s dead loved ones."
- Directly to court: "Eat my d****, b****. I’m going to pop your *** and s*** my d***, b****."

The activists really did a number on this country when they successfully infiltrated the judicial system.

That white guy bailiff standing there has to go home completely disillusioned about what he sees.

And the bearded public defender looks dead… soulless.

Not an excuse, but she's right, it's the society he grew up in.

Her reasoning is shite, of course, but at least 32.5 years isn’t exactly a slap on the wrist.

I can only imagine the bullshite she pulls with “lesser” felonies.

I'm happy for Kentucky. Y'all need people like this on the streets. Enjoy.
