WW wade could recruit in the past because players were paid by him. With NIL that advantage is gone.

as i've said before, Wade would be an upgrade, for sure... but it would really just feel like we are settling for a guy vs. trying to get the best guy that we can possibly get... in the sports we've swung for the fences in, we've done well, and will likely do well once more (football)... there is no reason we shouldn't try to get better than Wade, and if we miss out, circle back to Wade as a back up plan

People are just longing for the days when he was here and we could follow the March madness projections, watch the selection show, get excited about doing brackets, etc.
Now I just sometimes read posts about LSU being in the 50s RPI (or whatever it's called now) and doing gymnastics to try and argue that things aren't that bad and with a huge winning streak could reach bubble status,
Its sad really. 4 years, no excitement.
