Turning Point USA's alternative Super Bowl Halftime Show has been branded a monumental failure, attracting just 4% of the viewership that Bad Bunny's official halftime performance commanded.

What Idiot thought a separate halftime show would be a great idea versus the real show?

Benito put on a good show, didn't disrespect anything or anyone. Played it about as safe as he could

The other show was just a flop.

You do know having the TV on does not equate to watching that, don't you?

Also, TPUSA posted better than 25M views on all platforms. Hate on

The "source" for this story is "The Good Trouble Show with Matt Ford's official X account ."

I don't know if it was a flop or not a flop but neither does the person who wrote that article.

5million tuning in to specifically watch a show isnt nothing.

133million leaving their tv on while they go take a shite isn't something to get hyped about.

Even the bikini bowl couldn’t garner more views than the actual Super Bowl halftime show.

What made anyone think this vanilla alternative would do any different.

A national TV broadcast had more viewers than a live YouTube stream? I'm shocked

Does not matter.

What matters is how many people never returned to finish watching.

I'm on THAT list.

5 million would be a massive success considering people had to take action to watch it… not just leave the channel on.

How many people were watching the game with 5 minutes left in Q2?

Losing 5 million viewers hurts the ratings of the network

You really don't think people with a grudge didn't tune in through every avenue to watch the turning point show?
