Both shows were lackluster

Bad Bunny was on at the restaurant, had the alternate show on my phone. Both were pretty lacking in entertainment.

I agree completely. Bad Bunny sucked because I’m an American that doesn’t speak Spanish so why would I want to listen to a Spanish Language concert. Nothing to do with politics.
The first group that performed at the Turning Point concert just sucked. The second guy wasn’t much better. Wasn’t familiar with the blond chick or her music but at least she sang well. Kid Rock kicked arse, especially the last song he did. But that wasn’t really enough to salvage the whole show.
Add to it that the Super Bowl itself sucked arse and it really all added up to a pretty shitty evening from an entertainment standpoint.

The worst one to me was the Rams vs Patriots 5-6 years ago the year the Saints got fuked on the PI.
That one was pretty bad knowing the Saints would have whipped the Patriots arses. Plus the game sucked.
At least I won money on this one.

Last year with Kendrick Lamar there were black people on social media telling white people it’s ok that they didn’t really get his halftime show performance because it was poetry not meant for them to comprehend because it wasn’t written for them but that they at least hoped everyone enjoyed the performance.
This year there are white people on social media calling other white people horrible because they didn’t enjoy a halftime show that was completely in Spanish and they’re better than the rest of them because they did and because Jesus also didn’t speak English.

I was at a house that had the bad bunny half time show on. Feel like it could have been a helluva lot worse. Last years Kendrick Lamar show was just a political diatribe that 90% of the people watching didn’t know how to even process it. Tonight, I thought it did a pretty decent job of highlighting some Puerto Rican culture. Still trying to figure out why it was chosen for the Super Bowl in San Francisco though.

The alternative show was very good. I'm not even a "country guy," but that young woman was phenomenal.
