For those claiming that they can’t name names because they’ll be sued: they could simply give the names to any of their many (and mostly very recent ) advocates in congress, who could read the names out loud from the floor, insulating themselves and these women from any litigation. But they refuse to do that. Why?

Victims have no excuse now

I’m all for releasing the files. These women could also just name their abusers at any time. Instead they’ve embarked on a months-long publicity campaign which curiously didn’t start until the exact moment Biden left office. They profess to know the names of child rapists in the most powerful positions in society yet they won’t tell us. They’ll even take out a Super Bowl ad while claiming to be silenced, even though they’re the ones refusing to give us the information they say they have.

From what I gathered it wasn’t law suits they’re worried about but it’s the death threats to them and their families. Can he pay for lifetime security for them?

After what happened to Epstein legal protection is not as high up the list as needing life long self-protection.

He’s been talking about reading them in Congress for awhile now. There was concern for the safety of the victims and I believe he was trying to give his colleagues the opportunity to do the right thing (like releasing the files as ordered without the major redactions).

Him and Ro Khanna are part of the reason this hasn’t disappeared.

There was tremendous global support for the #metoo.

What happened with all that?

These people been quiet as a mouse on all this Epstein business. You'd think it would be their super bowl.

Ok, so, then what is the point of their actions?

What purpose does “this was done to me but I will never be able to tell you who did it” actually serve?

What is their goal then?

200 plus victims including the one whose face is the poster frame in Acosta’s video are now suing to take files down because the recent files released were not redacted enough.

The law was always just typical political theater, and there was no way to properly redact 3 million plus files by the law’s deadline or even by now it seems (not sure how people many are working on redactions).

Then there are the files that never would have been allowed into a trial as evidence being given equal weight as proper evidence in the bill.

Since billionaire's behind bars are still serious to life and limb.

Maybe

(than that he should offend one of these little ones.)
and be finally and forever done with these above the law pedophiles.

But we were told there wasn't enough evidence for an investigation

quote:

In another room and closet, the FBI found "numerous black binders" with white labels. Special agent Kelly McGuire said the binders had "clear pages containing thumbnail photos with CDs attached."

The witness told the tale of how the FBI searched Epstein’s $77 million New York home to the jurors. The agents buzzed but after no answer, they forced their entry to the residence and started performing a protective sweep to make sure there was no threat to them.

On the third floor, in a dressing room, they found a safe that they pulled out from a closet and brought in a saw to open it. There were several items in it that the FBI photographed such as more "binders with CDs, various items of jewelry, external hard-drives, lose diamonds, large amounts of U.S. currency and passports." However, they needed a second search warrant in order to retrieve those items. So, they returned a few days later, except that the items that had been removed from the safe were missing. An attorney for Epstein then returned all the items to the agents.
