Good! So WTF isn't this the STANDARD across the entirety of the United States of America? EVERYONE driving a vehicle in this country should be fluent in English. If I get into a traffic incident with someone who doesn't speak English then how the hell am I supposed to even communicate with them to exchange insurance information, etc.?
As much as I am glad Florida now does this completely common sense thing, it also greatly infuriates me with the reminder that what this state is doing is the exception when it should be the rule.
