It was fricking bullshite then, it’s bullshite now. Highway robbery in broad daylight. It’ll never sit right with me that Drew lost this important piece of his legacy because voters are retards.

I feel like I remember Florio or Peter King's fat arse spouting some shite about "this is the risk of taking Week 17 off -- you may give away the MVP"

Even though Manning only played half a game and threw for less than 100 yards, you could tell they were already spinning that story that Peyton somehow deserved it more

This is what the shite head King said

quote:

QB Peyton Manning, Indianapolis. While leading the Colts to 14-0, he had his most accurate season ever, and second-most productive in yardage and touchdowns.

quote:

MVP Peyton Manning, Indianapolis. One of his best two or three seasons ever, with a new coach and a shakeup on offense -- and again a poor run game.

frick him. Manning should have been 3rd behind Brees and Favre

On a different note, I forget that Jim Caldwell had taken over that year following Tony Dungy. I always associate Dungy with those colts teams. Crazy he’s been out of coaching so long.

I think the real robbery was 2011.
Add to that the 2011 team was the best we ever had. Better than the 09 team.
Frick the 9ers.

Nah 2011, Rodgers had that won. Crazy efficient - broke the passer rating record too. Then they had won h2h vs us week 1 and had the best record.

2009 was 100% robbery

It was a robbery.

It was the whole Colts were undefeated. Manning was benched last 1.5 games.

Saints rallied from a 10-0 deficit against a 16-0 team with starters (14-0 regular season, 2-0 playoffs).

Why does it say for Peyton Manning under awards,...Hall of Fame, but zero championships? This is from 2009. Peyton was not in the Hall of Fame till 2021 obviously, & he won his first championship in 2007...

They'll get it all from you sooner or later 'cause they own this f**kin' place.

It's a big club and you ain't in it. You and I are not in the big club.

By the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe.

All day long beating you over the head with their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy.

The table is tilted, folks. The game is rigged and nobody seems to notice.

Nobody seems to care. Good, honest, hard-working people: white collar, blue collar, it doesn't matter what color shirt you have on.

Probably the best playoff game I've ever seen even though we lost. Vernon Davis played some hero ball that day.

So did Jimmy Graham. It just isn’t remembered because of Malcolm Jenkins
