I know a Springdale school did a protest but I am not sure if Bentonville schools did. God help them if I find out they make my 7 year old do something like this,

Most schools require a permission slip to take the students on a walk a couple of blocks away to a pumpkin patch.. much less a protest with potential violence at any time.
