Miss Lindsey is ranting about sanctuary cities, but they could have solved it all with the Save Act.
They are all worthless.
They are all worthless.

GOP wants their own constituents to suffer at the hands of illegals and democraps

A direct question that Thune and others should be expected to answer.

They had a chance and killed it. The GOPe obviously wants things to stay the way they are. Fake opposition.

What republicans voted against it?
Posted on 2/3/26 at 4:02 pm to loogaroo
Y’all have definitively concluded that, yet openly admit that y’all aren’t even sure why the vote went down that way? Wouldn’t it probably make more sense to figure out those exact details prior to making those types of conclusions??

They stripped it from the budget bill and lied to Anna P. Luna about a standing filibuster to pass it alone.
The GOPe fricked all of us today and Trump let them do it.

Many on this forum have been pointing out for years whenever the Recucks have political power in DC the Democratic Socialist agenda still advances ....it's why many call it the NWO DC Uniparty.

Imagine that.
Thune completely stabs SAVE Act proponents in the back.
Who could have seen this coming?

I can’t tell if Trump is serious about cleaning up voting and doesn’t realize what just happened or if he’s not and just wanted something passed to say he was.
End result is the same of course.

They are more concerned with a shut down. It's all bullshite.
Voter ID legislation has overwhelming national support.

They didn't vote on it. They stripped it and lied to Luna.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., and other top Republicans have already signaled that another short-term homeland security bill will be needed.
Even without another stopgap measure, Trump's immigration crackdown will continue.
Congress gave Immigration and Customs Enforcement $75 billion over four years in the Republican tax and spending bill passed last year.

The House has approved a more than $1 trillion spending package that brings to an end the partial government shutdown.
The legislation passed by a vote of 217 to 214, with 21 Democrats joining Republicans in support of the measure.
The Senate passed the package on Friday, and President Trump has endorsed the plan.

This happens more often than it should. On both ends of that equation.

They wanted that money more than destroying the Dems and voter fraud for good.

The most egregious aspect of the SAVE legislation was the exclusion of not allowing the counting of non US citizens for congressional apportionment.

Submit a standalone bill with just the voter ID, get all the democrats on record voting against it, it won't pass the filibuster but you have them all on record and run that shite on TV, Radio, and Social Media from now until election day. 80% of people agree with it.
