What is the longest you have been without showering/bathing?

It’s been a while, but then again I live under a bridge in north Baton Rouge. What’s your excuse?

A buddy?

About a week(?) on the Appalachian trail.

Camping trip at Grandfather Mountain back around 2000.

4 days in 15-40 degrees. Kept a fire going the whole time. Felt like I had a 1/2 inch layer of smoke grime on my skin after 4 days of being cold around the fire.

I'll say that when we got home, that the best shower I've ever had in my life.

In the field...about 8 to 10 days.

Probably depends on your definition of showering/bathing. Does only cleaning yourself up in a hospital bathroom sink count, without an actual shower? I did that for 8 days.

It depends on voluntarily or not.
Voluntarily, maybe a day. Worst may have been showering Saturday morning and having a normal day, feeling shitty Sunday and just laying around not showering until Monday morning but that’s rare and I start feeling crappy going that long.

Can't remember going longer than that and it was because I was at a hunting camp that didn't have a shower.
