To be clear, there was (and is) absolutely zero "disciplinary action" that CSC could (or can) take against LSU.
This isn't like when people say the NCAA toothless. The CSC has literally zero enforcement power. It was a stupid click bait headline that got clicks.

Is this the thing where all schools were sent an agreement to abide by salary caps etc and all schools had to sign it for it to be enforceable, and none did?
