Biden judge blocks Trump administration from ending protections for Haitians

U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes in Washington granted to pause the termination of temporary protected status for Haitians while a lawsuit challenging it proceeds. The TPS designation for people from the Caribbean island country was scheduled to end on Feb. 3.
Reyes said in an accompanying 83-page opinion that plaintiffs were likely to prevail on the merits of the case, and that she found it “substantially likely” that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem preordained her termination decision because of “hostility to nonwhite immigrants.”
“During the stay, the Termination shall be null, void, and of no legal effect,” the judge said in her two-page order, adding that for now, the termination has no bearing on their ability to work and to be protected from detention and deportation.

She has no authority. Using what law does she base this on? Her opinion?
Judges think they are kings, and until someone tells one to pound sand because they are overreaching, they might as well be one.
The law is not on her side. TPS is what it says it is..TEMPORARY. The executive branch granted it, and they may remove it. She has no standing.

So temporary status was already baked into ending Feb 3rd, but somehow this retarded judge blocks its termination because of preordained hostility to non whites? Specifically she said Kristi Noem has a preordained hostility to non whites.. what Kristi should do is personally sue the judge for defamation because she’s labeling her a racist in her order.

That earlier ending of protection status was changed by another Judge. That Judge, not the Trump Administration, set the February 3rd expiration of their TPS.
But you will see people parrot all over Social Media like this is some new case related to what is going on now. It's not. THis goes back to when Biden was fake president.
