The Democratic Socialists would not allow any judge recusals for Team Trump along with no allowance for moving the court proceedings to a somewhat neutral jurisdiction.

The Judiciary is partisan and corrupt to the core, and it will soon go the way of the election process. There is a reason for that 'Justice is Blind' Statue. The ultimate 'authority' will be brute force as usual per the historical record; the Commies know this re "the barrel of a gun". That is why the Dems opened the Border and imported millions of 'baddies' who are hardened warriors. Like this Forum, we all watched "Why the Right will win the coming Civil War". Hit me pretty hard, even though I've long been a Biblical 'End Timer".

His team probably has some judge or magistrate all paid off and blackmailed.
Like the magistrate that signed off on the unlawful raid of a President.
There needs to be a tribunal commission on the bar associations that let the crooked lawyers all slide.
The crooks like Brennan, Comey et al.... are not so powerful that they are allowed a rigged boys club of crooked judges to bail them out.
If they get away with raiding a President unlawfully we are all screwed.
Like the magistrate that signed off on the unlawful raid of a President.

You can expect Judge Cannon to be no less fair to Brennan than Judges Engoron and Merchan were to Trump.
Personally, I think she'll be more fair.
