You can dump Murray and Poole but it costs a lottery protected 1st or Missi

Which do you do or neither?
I want off both those guys so bad. Murray even more since he's on the books for longer.
I guess it comes down to what do you perceive Missi's value?
I think the FO is going to end up trading him as a proxy for a 1st it will require to fix Dumars' dumbass Poole trade and Griff's bad Murray trade.

I personally think you rehab Murray's image and not move him. A decent version of him is still better than most guards

U can’t dump either one this year. Griff and Dumass burned through our assets.
Have to hope Murray comes back and u can showcase him to trade next year for something positive.
Poole will be an expiring and shoukd be easy to move not costing assets.
At worse we can pick up someone similar to him, a player on a bad contract with longer years that’s a bad fit on their current team. Have to just suck it up and swallow the pill this year. Trading either now will be another big mistake by our dumass gms.

He doesn't want to be here. He's been away from the team rehabbing in California pretty much the entire season. He's not playing another game for this team.

Yeah what makes yall think Murray ever plays a game here again? He’s gone

I don’t know if Murray will be happy playing for any NBA team.

No telling, I’m sure Klutch is in his ear behind the scenes. It was all great when we traded assets to get him but now he doesn’t want to play apparently.

If this is true, the Dyson trade was even more of a disaster than I could have ever imagined.

What are Murray and Poole being on the roster preventing?
Posted on 2/1/26 at 2:17 am to Colonel Flagg
Poole is not a problem, since he expires next year and should be easier to trade and times perfectly for extending Bey and Herb's new contract.
Murray, if he still doesn't want to play and we have to send picks/Missi, just keep him and let him rot on the bench for another year too, so let's see who will give him money in 2027.... someone needs to set an example for Klutch players.
If we resign Bryce and somehow decides to keep Looney (8mil team option) we will still be 9-10 mil under the 1st apron next year (so we can extend Jose and Karlo too).

I’m still holding out some hope for Murray. Poole was such a dumbass trash pick up.
If it wasn’t for hitting that straight flush with Bey, that move could have ended up in the pellies Rushmore of bad acquisitions
