November 13, 2025, the inclusivity director announces for the 3rd year in a row, Dow is recognized as a recognized Best Place To Work
two months later
January 29, 2026, fourth quarter earnings report for 2025, Dow announces the lay off of 12% of its workforce , 4500 people, because it's losing a bunch of money.
Woke is a simple description of an unserious broke company

Diversity is their strength.
Making a profit? Not so much.

THIS bullshite. It’s a scam “certification” companies pay to receive. My HR (absolute waste of oxygen) paid for this shite right in the middle of layoffs. What a joke. They force you to take a survey that declares the company a great place to work. Woe be it to the person who doesn’t give top ratings.
I wish I had thought of selling this scam to corporations.
At the end of the day, I am mostly disappointed in our top management for blindly falling for this shite.

A certain German chemical company is the same non-binary, minority, transgender animal.

You probably have a lot of experience with DOW layoffs then. They are notorious for restructures and big layoffs. Part of their DNA it seems.

Diversity is the weakest part of that company.

I'd believe that
There is a company I used to work for that was based out of Baton Rouge that claimed to be one of the best places to work
I worked there for years all over the country and would disagree

Are they still listening to the black man?
That's what their billboard by the I-10 MRB proudly proclaimed, circa George Floyd.
