I wonder if the NFL will pull a Donald Sterling / NBA and try to oust him, although the smoking gun here isn't a distinct voicemail.

He and Mara owned it 50/50 but each sold 5% a few years ago so they could do it internally. But with Jerry Jones, Bob Kraft, and Irsay's past issues the league will probably just launch an investigation then slap on the wrist again.
