Padres and Braves have had stacked farms for a long time - wow

It comes and goes in waves like most teams.

Surprised the Pirates aren't there. Possibly the worst owner in sports.

How does that happen if you are the Rockies? Been terrible forever. Had to have had high draft picks. Must have missed on just about every pick

Rockies are the worst run franchise in sports. They are completely directionless.

Yeah, 2-3 years ago the Cubs had a top 5 system. The list will be totally different in another two years.

a joke for colorado and anaheim to have bad farm systems, they have been drafting top talent for many years, especially colorado

I am shocked at my Royals being on this list. They compete for a natty every thirty years or so.

They have had a few high profile picks (riley pint, Condon), but they have not really been in position to draft top talent every year. They just draft poorly overall.

Surprised the Pirates aren't there.

They also never sell, even when it’s staring them in the face. They have been solely reliant on the draft and J2 for accumulating young talent while every other org is willing to deal vets for prospects when they’re in the middle of a rebuild.
I’m interested to see if the Rockies direction changes at all with a new front office. They are truly a sleeping giant of a pro sports franchise in my opinion

I hate the San Diego padres but since I live in San Antonio, sadly, I have to root for them to have a decent farm system at the very least, so their double AA team (the missions) isn’t completely horrible.

Time for Brian Cashman to cash it in.......

Rely on failed former #1 overall picks like Mickey Moniak to lead your team
