Both on this board and in the media. It’s incredible that people actually watched him play and stood by that.

This doesn’t mean shite. The guy played terrible. If he was that hurt, he should have been on the sideline

51 yards is the longest air distance?

Clearly they aren’t airing it out. That isn’t very far for a random good athlete

It’s not even a load and throw for an actual QB

Not his fault. You want guys to try to gut it out for their team. It's the coaches responsibility to bench him if he's not helping

I never said otherwise. I was pissed whenever he played the SELA game.

He played like shite, hurt or not. If he was so hurt he should have stepped aside.

Bust’s PR people are going to be putting out stories in the media between now and the draft about how bad he was hurt. It’s bullshite. If he was hurt he would have been on the bench where he eventually ended up.

So everyone on here could call him a pussy that quit? Did you see what our backup looked like?

So you don’t think he was hurt? You know that there were rumors about this injury before the season right?

Nuss is going to be one of the last guys we ever had that stuck around and put his guts into the program because he truly loved LSU. You urinating on his legacy for not reaching your expectations is a fitting reminder that these guys should take the biggest NIL bag moving forward.

Why would you play a QB that was hurt to the point of not being able to perform effectively?

There are only a handful of answers and none are good…

This board has a bunch of dumb takes. Nuss not being hurt and became a bum overnight, is one of them.

He was very clearly hurt.

He had a bit of a comeback early in the season against Southeastern and then was right back to being injured. It was clear as day and I think the majority of the board was shouting it.

Those who didn't know he was hurt were in the minority.

So we could lose worse?

He was a shell of the previous year, but still better than the alternative.
