Boomer here that thought cheese was that nasty Craft sliced stuff in the single wrappers. Wife started buying the blocks of Jalapeno, and last 10 years the Dubliner from Sam's/Costco and I'm just addicted to it. I know it's not expensive but I feel like I'm a cheese snob for those $15 bricks of cheese. That's good cheese. Can't eat the other blocks we used to get. Anybody get the Dubliner?

Bought it one time. That's an expensive habit.

What’s it like to weigh 400 lbs? Do you also enjoy eating multiple Big Macs per week?

I like smoked gouda, smoked cheddar and free cheese.
The price difference doesn't make a lot of sense.

Snobs would not consider either of the above.

I’ll suffer through the sharcootery boards, but cheese is pretty much dried milk

Eat with crackers or just slice a little bit and eat with olives. Just love me some cheese. I try diff kinds from Rouses etc. They always package small triangles that are kinda expensive but just wanna try them. Tried some recently that had pieces of fruit. It sounded good in principle but I didn't like it. Tried all kinds of cheese in Europe. Not sure how it happened to take a liking to cheese like this.

I love your intentional spelling of charcuterie boards and have decided that henceforth I will be calling them "cooter boards" when in polite company just to see the reactions.

And that's why I said that. It's not expensive at all for this good cheese. I've been in diner meetings where there was a waiter just for cheese choices. Crazy how a bill just for cheese at that meeting was over $400 and I didn't like any of them. Give me that Dubliner and I'm happy. You have to be a complete cheese snob to enjoy those crazy flavors they put out for us. That was 15 years ago.

The "R" in your username stands for rat, doesn’t it?
