What was the music festival that never happened at LSU in the early to mid 2000’s?

I remember a big festival that was being talked about for months. They’d release new bands and artists who were coming every couple weeks.
It was a lot of rock style bands.
Then one day it came out that it just wasn’t going to happen. I don’t even remember where it was supposed to be. Just remember it was going to be on campus.
Who remembers?
There’s a chance it could’ve been downtown also. Just remember it was around 2004-2006 and had a lot of on online chatter and then vanished.

There was one that supposed to be at some field in St Gabriel with a rock stage and a country stage. The rock stage was gonna be headlined by Violent Femmes and the country stage had Big and Rich. It was only announced about 6 weeks ahead of time and never happened

I remember Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock were supposed to headline some festival but it got canceled. Don’t ask me how I still remember that.

That one actually happened. Pearl Jam and Randy Travis were the leads one evening.

I saw better than Ezra at Bon Fet. So cowboy mouth was probably there too.

They used to have something called "Jam Jam" but that was probably in the 80's-90's
