Ha Ha sure, why not. Do it Pittsburgh. Flush the franchise, alienate the fanbase, make yourself a laughingstock for the next decade!

Ryan Clark’s face when Stephen a first said it is priceless.
If there ever was a universal WTF is he saying face it was that.

Honestly, that would be hilarious to watch unfold.
RC would just prove to the world how much of a dumbass he is

Perfect example of black privilege. No head coaching experience but deserves a head coaching job. Yeah okay. Another sports talk show host used to say something that fits this case-"have a take but don't suck". It's hard to take someone seriously when they spout this kind of nonsense. Now Kelvin Sheppard on the other hand......

Ryan Clarke has proven what he will do to a locker room in 2020

Why not Kelvin Sheppard, who's actually a leader of men and proving to be a solid defensive play caller? This horse's arse shouldn't even be paid to talk about football.

Stephen A wouldn’t last thru training camp as a coach yet he’s an expert on coaching hires
That would be like bama hiring finebaum to coach

What qualifications does he have? 1. Black
That’s waaaay off.
The qualification that pleases Ryan is only if someone is not white.

Note he did not say hired, just interviewed. Clark could be the default Rooney Rule interview for lots of teams.

This feels like Stephen A needling Ryan a bit because a couple of days ago Ryan said he liked the idea of Philip Rivers getting the Bills job and SAS basically said Ryan was crazy.
For context, the Rivers interviewing for the Bills news broke while they were on air. Ryan’s pick for the job before the news broke was Joe Brady.

So just because he played in the league over a decade ago makes him an obviously qualified NFL head coach? He has never even held a coaching role of any kind that I know of.

He isn't qualified either. Dude has only been a DC one season. Let him lay down a couple of seasons as a DC then we can have that discussion.

He can say the best and worse things.
Posted on 1/26/26 at 6:37 pm to TigahJay
He just can’t coach if they go to Denver?
Posted on 1/26/26 at 6:39 pm to TigahJay
Did he base that on all of Ryan Clark’s success at his previous coaching stops?
