If tweet fails to load, click here. This has gotta be a record of "thanks, but no thanks" candidates.

They are reportedly asking candidates to do a bunch of online tests, personality test etc, so I’m sure these guys are comparing that to the normal process by other teams and being like frick all that for Deshaun Watson

The Browns are going to have to go with a very low candidate on no one's radar who just wants an opportunity or going to have to unload a ridiculous guaranteed deal to someone even remotely competent

It's pretty impressive that both Ohio teams are so dysfunctional. The just need to consolidate their resources and support to Cleveland and move the Bengals to San Diego, San Antonio, or Oklahoma City.

That’s crazy this dude almost became an NFL head coach by age 30. Im basically his age having to work 3 jobs to get through my masters degree and he’s out looking younger than me turning down NFL head coaching opportunities!! Good on him

Steelchase is either the only one willing to agree to the front office’s stipulation of keeping Schwartz as DC and starting Shedeur Sanders at QB, or they haven’t given him that ultimatum yet. One of the hardest 32 jobs to get in the US and people are turning them down.

Nobody wants to work for that ownership.

I think they end up hiring Jim Schwartz.
They are asking candidates to keep him on staff as the dc.
