I will work from home but my 7 year old is in heaven about schools being closed for some days.

Looks like it's just gonna be a small snow/rain event now here in Farragut.

I live in mid city BR. I’m expecting power to go out as usual when the wind blows. I’m sure I’ll have water heater issues and the boys won’t have school Monday. It’s going to be fabulous.

I wish we were getting snow.
But we are just getting ice.

Snow is ok, but ice/cold are killers.
I’d rather have it 100 than 40. I hate cold.

Going to be a huge nothingburger here.

I don't mind snow, but don't want any ice, and right now, we seem to be on the line for ice/no ice. I'm only 7 weeks out from my knee replacement, so I don't look forward to shoveling, but I do have a snow blower.

I'm praying for a huge rain storm

In the 12 to 18 range of snow. Hoping for no major ice to add to the issue.
It's not nearly as fun when you're an adult that has to clear a driveway and drive in it.

Its been dominating all the conversation here in Memphis all week with predictions from a minor ice storm all the way to 24" of snow and the apocalypse. Will probably just end up being a light dusting

in Dutchtown? yeah, no... we'll get a ton of rain, then it will be really cold for a day or two...

Is it even suppose to rain that much under the ice line?
I was under the assumption it would just be a couple of crudy weather days with rain on and off, mostly light rain all day. Then throw in some cold
