I assume these cases will be tried in MN? We see a federal judge refusing to sign off on Lemon's arrest warrant. I see virtually zero percent chance that any of these people will be found guilty.

Don't Lemon thanked him for his activism on church property. He's advocating for people to do this. He knew what they were about to do (he was at the staging area).

conspiracy charges tee up the petition for venue change. The federal magistrate refusing to sign a charging document is exactly the conduct that needs to be specified to support the petition. Patience grasshopper, this is a lay-up..
