A group called the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense has shown up to anti ICE protests
Videos have been shown of these people saying they'll smoke ICE agents if they're attacked.

It should be noted that this group is not related to the original black panthers and are actually being sued for using their name

In footage circulating online, the members, dressed in black bomber jackets emblazoned with the white-and-black panther logo, berets, and carrying military-style weapons (which they are legally permitted to carry), said they were there to keep the people safe. In fact, Paul Birdsong, who identified himself as the chairman for the Philadelphia chapter, thinks things would have ended differently if they were onsite on Jan. 7, the day ICE agent Jonathan Ross opened fire on Renee Good, killing her.
“That wouldn’t have happened if we were there,” he told The Philadelphia Inquirer. “Not a single person would have gotten touched.”
While chatting with Philly AM TV, he doubled down, saying, “Won’t no ICE agent ever run up on me. I guarantee you.”
He added, “Unarmed woman was killed by ICE. If you think you about to come and brutalize the people while we’re standing here, f— around and find out.”

There's a difference between advocating for the 2nd amendment and being a criminal with a gun.
Quit acting like you don't know the difference.
Fattie.

What does this have to do with what you shared?

They’re more than welcome to lawfully exercise their 2nd Amendment rights.
They’re also more than welcome to get smoked by ICE if they’re stupid enough to frick around.

If I have to connect the dots for you on this one then you have more pressing issues to figure out

Most likely they'll be the ones smoked, followed closely by a formal apology of "sorry I got in a fight in the middle of your Black Panther Party'

Elite Tactical Roles and Training
Special Response Team (SRT): ICE maintains a National Special Response Team that may utilize specialized, high-precision, or "sniper" capabilities.
Specialized Training: ICE has engaged in contracts with private security firms for "elite firearms instruction" and to train these teams in "precision fires and specialized observation capabilities".
"Urban Warfare" Training: ICE has conducted training for its SRT at facilities like Fort Benning, which included "hyper-realistic" replicas of homes and apartment complexes for tactical, urban, or close-quarters scenarios.
Tactical Contractors: Recent reports indicate that ICE has tapped private military contractors to provide training for their special response groups.
I doubt they'll get a shot off.

They are saying they are going to shoot federal agents doing their job and there is a 2nd amendment angle to that?

Their defense should be simple: 'We're using the name of some cats we saw in the zoo. And those cats haven't sued us.'

So you think that ICE should be able to smoke people who are legally exercising their second amendment rights? That's pretty telling.

You think that’s protected by any of the various Amendments?

Thanks for finally clarifying and showing what you actually wanted to ask.
Why would anyone be around ice operations with a firearm? And don’t say because it’s their right. It’s FAFO

You think attacking ice agents who are trying to do their job is equivalent to expressing 2nd amendment rights?

No different than the rights of some crazy militia. Stay within the confounds of the law and it’s ok. Threatening potential violence against government agents performing their duties isn’t a good start though..
