Does anyone have any experience with this company? I have a few rentals and wanted to get an HVAC maintenance plan with them. I might use them for plumbing and electrical issues too for convenience if there service is good.
Any feedback on this company?

I got a quote from them for a standby generator and they were one the highest, same when I replaced the HVAC on my house. All that advertising isn’t free.

Same here, and it wasn't even close.

Give Superior Aire a call. I've had the owner come out and he changed out my HVAC system about 5 years ago now and about 4 months ago I needed some work done when the unit quit and it was beyond my scope to fix it.
The guy who owns the company is an older man and his name is Sep Rome.
Phone number is 504-465-0688 He's a square shooter and I found his prices very reasonable.

I've seen someone say that their previous warranty plan wasn't being honored and the comments on the Facebook post were that the previous owner of Keefe's sold to a private equity company and that their prices had gone up and service had gone down since the sale.
I don't know if it's totally true; just throwing it out there.

I could've sworn they were called "O'Keefes" years ago? That or I'm thinking of another company

Surgi’s went PE, too. I think they are part of Southern Air now, there are several now under 1 PE umbrella. Following l, bc I need to find someone trustworthy as to replace both air and heat next year.

They will give you top notch service, but at a premium price. They will also try to upsell you for additional services.
They are good, if you are willing to not care much about competitive pricing.

Used them for a couple years - they will hard sell the frick out of you on doing things that you don't really need to do. Their maintenance guys get a commission on what they can upsell so they do it ALOT. They are also expensive as frick when it comes to the big equipment.
