Has to make you think they are going to let it stand or if not, rule that what is done is done and there can't be a clawback, just change going forward.
They are just compounding the unwinding mess by delaying a ruling. They are smarter than that and will have a solution baked in to lessen impact of a negative ruling for the admin.

Not at all, there are other allowances for Presidents to do tariffs. Trump using authority to get precedence in place

He almost certainly is hoping to do this.
And we have to rely on Kavanaugh and ACB to essentially nullify him. It's disconcerting.

I think it's pretty common knowledge the SCOTUS is delaying until they receive the great SFP's written brief on the matter.
