My 2026 prediction is that a nuclear bomb will go off somewhere in the world.

*reads sheep entrails*

Democrats flip the House.

Senate goes 50-50.

We should all sincerely hope this doesn’t happen.

Also, Talarico easily puts Crockett in her place.

When, where, in what way?

Bad crawfish season? Housing costs exploding? Riots in the streets? Bad sports season? Snow in April? Target goes out of business?

Even fortune cookies are more pointed.

Predictions:

- USA gets a strong military foothold in Greenland to control the arctic sea lanes and to setup a missile defense system

- Gasoline prices continue to decrease

- Iran is hit again

- Hundreds of thousands of deportations, border wall construction kicks into high gear

- Supreme Court rules in favor of abolishing racist congressional districts, which gives the GOP a huge advantage in future elections

- America 250 celebrations are a huge success

Honestly wouldn't be a surprise when you consider the history of the party of 2nd term Presidents in a midterm election. That said, this one is a tad different since Trump's terms aren't consecutive. Is there still that voter "burnout" that seems to have been prevalent before in prior 2nd terms?

Democrats better hope. Crockett gives them zero chance to win a statewide election in Texas. Talarico only gives them a 0.0295374% chance, but at least there's still that chance.

I think Ken Paxton is a major piece of shite who ideally shouldn't be allowed anywhere near such a powerful position, but he ain't out of place when you look at all the other complete pieces of shite in D.C. I think enough conservative-minded Texans who might be hesitant still convince themselves it's better to vote for him over Talrico, so Paxton wins.

I'm voting for Wesley Hunt in the primary, but I think you're right. Paxton had the "MAGA" momentum going before Wesley jumped in, which sucks.

It’s going to be bigger than 2018.

I definitely stopped short of what I think Talarico will do in the general. Don’t know much at this point but assume it’s a tall order.

If the economy stays solid, good job market and consumer prices are relatively flat, I think the republicans could do very well in the midterms.

If those 3 things ^^^^ are true and Republicans lose the midterms it will be on the backs of those with TDS and mentally fragile. If republicans lose the midterms I would also credit the Gaslight Media for doing their part by convincing gullible Americans the Democratic Socialists are the politicians you want in power.
