Juice tox?

add antifreeze... it's pretty toxic

ETA: Man... why'd you have to edit your title? My response makes no sense now.

Just get a Bowel Prep kit from CVS.

That'll do it!

Why? What do you think it will do for you? What evidence do you have that it will do that? Just because some 'wellness influencer' says so is hardly a reason. Have you asked your regular physician whether this is beneficial?

don’t expect a lot of positive replies about doing a juice cleanse.

I just did a three day juice cleanse. Very helpful with the gut.

Just go 24-36 hours on lemon water. Much cheaper and same benefits. Your gut doesn’t need much help, just a break.

Intermittent fasting for 16 hours a few days a week will do the same thing. There is no empirical evidence supporting “juice cleanses” benefits beyond what you just get from fasting.

Big juice doesn’t want you to know that though.

1 beefy layered burrito with mild sauce
Honey lemon water with cayenne and prune juice
4 ducolax crushed and sprinkled in drink

You’ll shite through 3 inches of glass cased in iron
