quote:

BREAKING: DOJ Announces Intention to Charge Don Lemon under the Ku Klux Klan Act.

The KKK Act makes it illegal to threaten, hurt, or intimidate people to prevent them from exercising their God-given rights.

HARMEET DHILLON: "The Klan Act is one of the most important federal civil rights statutes. Its a law that makes it illegal to terrorize and violate the civil rights of citizens. Whenever people conspire this, the Klan Act can be used."

"Everyone in the protest community needs to know that the fullest force of the federal government is going to come down and prevent this from happening and put people away for a long time."

Awesome

Fine as long as the actual terrorists from yesterday get charged.

Edited as now I see that Lemon "led" the protests. I was not aware of that. The people screaming and cursing churchgoers definitely committed hate crimes

Ive been wondering, if this had happened in Louisiana and the parishioners had beat the crap out of the protesters and thrown them out, would they be protected under the law?

They should. He's a scumbag for doing that.

If you don't want that church throwing its weight around in government, then keep your intolerant, hateful bullshite out of that church.

Lemon will probably claim he was just a journalist covering the protest.

I wonder if there is proof he actually organized it?
