What do OTHER immigrants think of the Somalis in MN?

When the real world speaks, how about we listen.
In 1990, there were ZERO Somalis in MN. None. Then, they had a civil war. Clinton admin oversaw the trickle that turned into a flood of 'refugees' to MN. (But Bush43 didn't do a damn thing to slow it down either, so blame can be partially laid on him as well)
In much the same way, many Vietnamese came to the USA, after their war. Did they beg for massive gov handouts, like the Somalis? By in large, most of them banded together, worked hard, became educated and self sufficient.
Why can't others? What's the excuse of the Somalis?

Black Americans who live around d Somalis don’t seem to care for them much either. Other than the democrats benefitting from their votes nobody really wants them here or sees them as a net positive.

I’m pretty sure there is also a significant Hmong population in MN. My understanding is that in contrast to the Somalis they have done well and that they don’t like the Somalis.

This is begging the answer along with a rhetorical question. There are two questions, and the answer to the first is that others CAN! The answer to the second is because they haven't been forced to. They are doing what their culture does and we have allowed these "Indian scammers, don't redeem the card" to operate within a government system that is ripe for exploit.
