We picked up one TE, M. Thomas, in the portal which would replace D. Green who transferred out. Haven’t heard much on other TE’s in the portal. I would take this as a good sign they feel LaFluer could contribute something next year. I never saw him play in HS. Is he a good fit in a Kiffin style offense?

He didnt play at all this season, even on special teams...so anyones guess there.

He's still here so sounds like they want him at least

his dad played for LSU. Pretty sure he wants to be here. Was only a freshman so I'd imagine he'd get some looks as he matures.

I like Greg LaFleur! Great guy. Hope his son does well. Never heard a peep about him playing for LSU however.

I’m hoping with his frame being similar to his dad’s he can turn into a great blocking TE for us. If he could eventually add anything in the passing game it’d be a bonus. Fond memories of the 2 tight sets with D. LaFleur and Nicki Savoie. Those dudes were beasts.

Lane and Weiss are pretty smart and they have seen Miami and Indiana abuse people using multiple TEs in the run game so I can see us with 4-5 TEs on the team.

When this fell out of central nervous system of college football, the sport’s essence and heart beat stopped.

And why are all the media talking-heads pronouncing it "La floor"?

"Flor is the Spanish pronunciation. "La Flerr" is the way it is supposed to be pronounced.

Is it Floor de lis?
