The problem with the Dolphins is Stephen Ross makes Arthur Blank look like a football savant. He's not as bad as the Bidwells or Haslams but the Fins will never win diddly squat until he sells/croaks. Leadership counts.

I know, I live in PBC. He’s old though and the chances of him croaking are pretty high.

Who would want to live in these, yuck!

Tennessee is going to be a great job once they build the new stadium.

I wouldn't rank them consecutively but maybe by tier.
We've been good and want to be good again
-----------
NYG
Baltimore
We've been mediocre for an eternity
-----------
Miami
Atlanta
Tennessee
We have absolute retards as owners and will likely be doing this again soon
-----------
Arizona
Las Vegas
Cleveland

Gotcha. Born and raised in PBC (actually born in Pahokee). Wife and I lived at Lake Worth/441 until a few yrs ago and then moved up to St Lucie county.

Nice. Yeah a lot of my coworkers moving up that way. It’s a good spot.

Teams that have a QB are ranked in the upper tier.
Then you break down teams with out one
Raiders and Browns are obviously the last two
I can see the appeal of the Raiders given that you will only have to work 1 year but have a 3-4 year contract

It’s the NFL, why would the stadium matter for the HC?

Which is exactly one that I think coaches would actually be excited about.
I think you will have some varying opinions on both rookies but I’m not sure if either are viewed as a giant plus.

This is also a near comprehensive list of the modern shite franchises. The only big omissions are NYJ and CIN, which arguably deserve to have vacancies
